Return & Refund Policy

At My Tree Clothing Co, we want you to love what you bought and feel good about what you support. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jen@mytreeclothingco.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

California Note: Our return policy is clearly posted in compliance with California Civil Code §1723. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by bank).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund.
