Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting My Tree Clothing Co! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (7 days a week).
During high-volume periods, limited releases, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there’s a delay in shipping your order, we’ll contact you by email as soon as possible.


Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Stickers and patches purchased alone do not come with tracking, please let us know if your sticker/patch has not arrived within seven business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your selection and location.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, My Tree Clothing Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or email us at jen@mytreeclothingco.com for assistance — we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


Preorders or Backordered Items

If an item is marked as preorder or backordered, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at jen@mytreeclothingco.com — we’ll try our best to update it before it ships.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part or your order arrives damaged.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

In compliance with California Civil Code §1723 and related consumer protection laws, our shipping and return policies are clearly posted prior to purchase.
